AKM Airsoft Replica with GP25 Grenade Launcher
The AK series includes a whole range of assault rifle replicas from across the eastern border. The use of good quality materials and a good fit of the construction make these replicas look really solid and are often chosen by airsofters.
The replica was made of, among others, steel sheet. The body, the breech cover, the stock with a latch and a sling hook, a fire mode selector, a dummy gas pipe, and a ramrod are made of steel. The remaining metal elements were made of a homogeneous zinc and aluminum alloy. The realism and character of the replica are added by elements made of natural wood plywood - these are the bed and the cover of the gas pipe. Only the pistol grip is made of plastic, just like in the real firearm.
The use of wooden elements and a matte black finish give the replica a very realistic look. The stock folds to the side of the body, which allows significantly reducing the size of the replica. The stick-type battery is located under the cover of the castle chamber. The replica partially decomposes like its firearm counterpart. There are practically no screws here, thanks to the construction based on the VFC standard. On the left side of the body, there is a side mounting rail of the "dovetail" type.
The heart of the replica is the v.3 gearbox, characterized by a long service life and an excellent base for possible tuning. Inside, there are, among others, a directional piston head, a reinforced spring guide with ball bearings, and 7mm ball bearings.
Interestingly, the replica was equipped with a replica of a Russian grenade launcher in a set with a 32 BB VOG gas grenade.
The replica comes with a polymer hicap magazine with a capacity of 500 BBs.
