The body, the slide with an enlarged SF type flask that accommodates the battery, as well as the pistol grip, are made of polymer reinforced with nylon fibre. Other components such as e.g. barrel, RIS front, flame suppressor, enlarged reloading handle and tactical suspension assembly are made of metal (all screws, pins, shell ejection window and dummy lock are made of steel). Markings and serial number have been applied on the barrel.

The replica has been very well fitted, the user will not notice any play between the lower and upper part of the body. The use of lightweight material for the body allowed to reduce the weight, which makes it ideal for dynamic games or prolonged milsims. Moreover, the fiberglass reinforcement makes the body also more durable than polymer or metal bodies.

The replica is equipped with the quick spring exchange system, ESA™. It allows for quick and efficient adjustment of the replica's power to the conditions expected on the battlefield without the need to have access to a workshop or a number of specialized tools - just unscrew the flask guide to reveal access to the spring replacement without having to remove or disassemble the gearbox.

The advantages of the ESA™ system are difficult to overestimate. In light of the findings within the environments themselves, this system guarantees the user a lot of possibilities and a lot of freedom. The ESA™ system allows, with a minimum of time, to change the mainspring, and thus to adjust the replica's discharge velocity to the area of play, so as to guarantee the ideal compromise between the effectiveness of fire and your own and other players' safety.

The replica has been fully adapted to work with LiPo and LiFe type batteries. With a base initial velocity of ~380 FPS guaranteed by the pre-installed mainspring, the replica is perfect for medium range operations. The kit also includes an M90 spring, which allows to reduce the initial velocity to ~310 FPS, making the replica perfectly suited for short range or indoor operations.

Gearbox conceals 8mm slide bearings and steel gears mounted on them. The system is protected by four anti-return latches. Lightweight, made of polycarbonate plastic, the piston is equipped with a full steel bar for greater durability. A steel interrupter was also used here, as well as a precise rotary hop-up chamber. The strength of the part allows it to work with M140 springs.

The precisely made Rotary Hop-Up chamber is perfectly matched with a high quality 6.03mm precision barrel. Using a precision barrel has a positive effect on the range and accuracy of the replica. It is important to remember about using high quality 6mm ammunition.

The replica is equipped with a front M-LOK rail and adjustable buttstock. On the upper RIS rail a folding sight was mounted, which does not interfere with optoelectronic aiming devices. Thanks to the extendable buttstock ended with a foot with an anti-slip texture, it is possible to adjust the length of the replica to the build and preferences of the shooter. The standard flame suppressor is mounted on a 14mm left-hand thread, which allows attaching a sound suppressor in its place.
