M4 SA-B02 SAEC System
Description of SA-B02 Assault Rifle Replica
The SA-B02 assault rifle replica by Specna Arms is made largely of a uniform zinc and aluminum alloy, with the use of steel elements in the most vulnerable points of the replica (all the screws, pins and tactical sling swivels are made of steel). The battery-operated SF stock and the pistol grip were made of polymer plastic. The replica's body and the RIS rails have been anodized , which guarantees a high level of protection against corrosion. The painting of the replica itself was done with the powder coating process , after the surface had been sandblasted. This ensures a much higher than usual abrasion resistance of the applied paint. The body is marked with the USMC markings.
Body and SAEC System
The replica has been fitted very well in a way that has been observed almost exclusively by the manufacturer of the G&P or Classic Army classes and perfectly balanced. This ensures almost perfect maneuverability of the replica, and its weight is almost imperceptible after placing the replica on the shoulder. The replica uses a new generation quick spring change system, the so-called SAEC . This allows for quick and efficient adjustment of the replica's power to the expected conditions on the game field without the need to have access to a workshop or a number of specialized tools. The spring replacement process now takes even faster than in the previous version of the system. Thanks to SAEC The system does not need to take the gearbox out of the replica just remove the stock guide (without the use of tools it is attached with a screw-on ring and a latch), and then unscrew the special pin underneath it with the spring guide with a bearing. Replace the main spring, screw the pin back into the body, attach the stock, and then ... back to the game! The whole operation takes literally a moment, and let's repeat: requires no tools . Advantages of the SAEC The system is difficult to overestimate. In the light of the tendency prevailing throughout Europe to apply legal limits of the muzzle velocity of the replica and the arrangements existing within the environments themselves, this system provides the user with considerable opportunities and a lot of freedom. SAEC The system allows to replace the main spring with a minimum of time, and thus adjust the muzzle velocity of the replica to the gameplay area in such a way as to guarantee an ideal compromise between the effectiveness of fire and the safety of your own and other players.
Internal Parts
Reinforced at the height of the cylinder head, the gearbox conceals a steel spring guide, which is part of the SAEC system. System and mounted on 8mm ball bearings and washers steel gears . The system is secured by means of four anti-reversal latches. A light, made of polycarbonate plastic piston is equipped with a set of steel teeth to increase its durability. Also used here type 2 cylinder and steel interrupter. The replica is factory-fitted with an accurate, rotating polymer Hop-Up chamber which allows for a very precise and stable adjustment of the ball spinning system .
Upgraded Version
- a set of reinforced, steel toothed wheels
- a ball-bearing, steel spring guide
- a light, polymer piston with a steel bar
- an aluminum, sealed piston head
- metal cylinder head
- sealed metal nozzle
